Where do you position yourself while waiting for the lights to change?

I stay in the middle of the lane behind the first car. 

As soon as the front car is going and I know his not an idiot who forgot his indicator, I move to the left so that other vehicles can pass. It is usually before the middle of the intersection.

 

By then they know about me.....

This morning i saw a fellow cyclist (light blue roadbike) standing still at a Red light in Paarl.

 

Thank you who ever you are!!! This can only lead to a better standig amongst cars!
