Psychedelic lights for wheels, frame and rider

Hey everyone.

 

So my friend is looking to take her bicycle to africa burns and wants to make it as crazy psychedelic looking as possible at night. Its her birthday and she has requested crazy lights for her bicycle.

 

I was thinking about things that you could attach to the frame that pulse, change colour etc.

 

Any clues as to where I could get these?

Try something called EL wire, best solution to your problem, there is a place in CPT that will mail all over the country. I do it for critical mass and this has been the best result/option by far.
