1. Bike fit - some people feel you only required to do a bike fit once which is not the case. 

 

2. Warm ups and Stretching - very important. Find a program for you. 

 

3. Cadence - work on increasing your cadence. if you don't have a compact crank, consider looking at getting one. 

 

4. Omega 3 - add this to supplements. I recommend a product call "The Real Thing". It has a very good EPA dosage (800mg) compare to other products. 

 

5. Spinning - twice a week I have the bike on the indoor trainer. 80 - 90 cadence on a light intensity.
