Thanks for the advice guys, guess I'll keep it then and rather find a new LBS.

 

As for my Avids, they are terrible. They have been bled, but so much fade that barreling downhill is much scarier than it should be.

 

My Elixir 5's also gave me grief, had them bled, problem not solved. Just one thing I picked up on my Elixirs (not sure what year model I have), check your discs...I ran them with tecktro discs and nearly killed myself coming downhill due to epic brake failure. Seems some discs are made of thicker marterial than others. Replaced my tektro with some old Hayes discs I had lying around, made from a thinner material, and problem solved.
