Always willing to listen to my stories and humor my requests for all sorts of strange bits and pieces and some weird things that I am busy with (Monstercross being one of those ...) Always willing to help at the drop of a hat .... last night just before closing time I went in as I had a problem with the new fork on my SSR and felt I couldn't manage to ride the 3k's home like that. Without hesitation he quickly whipped it off and sorted it out no questions asked why it ended up the way it did! Just a little funny story on the side .... when he started I said he should please look after the little 'rubber thingamajig' that goes into the top cap bolt as I like it to be there! He did look after it and made sure that it was back before I went off to ride ..... about halfway through the ride I stopped to make a quick adjustment to the HS (he did do it quick) and held the rubber cap between my teeth while I did it, only to swallow the damn thing (I have swallowed valve caps the same way ) Maya and Mandy also always ready with a smile, a chat and quick to help! Maya listening to my woes about not wanting to drive elsewhere to buy singlespeed half link chains and making a plan for me I know many people don't feel they need to be 'mates' with their LBS to get good service but there is no doubt in my mind that building a good relationship with them sure helps when you need help that most, not all, other shops may not bother with .....
