s14phoenix Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 I did the conversion. It was very difficult to get any of the parts. I had almost everyone running around trying to find the parts. The dropouts are easy peasy to find as any Giant Dealer should be able to help with Trance Advanced dropout replacement (might be called the derailleur hanger set) . The axle is a real problem not only to find but to find the right one. The problem is the fact that the thread on these are quite different apparently. Some guys have imported only to find it does not fit. Good luck and happy hunting.
