Rockshox Reba RL help needed urgently!!!

Hi All,

 

Bought a new bike, which I am very pround of, I bought it from a friend that has only used it once ever, was setting the fork up for my weight, and I pushed the valve in to let some air out and now the valve is stuck wide open, all the air just comes straight out of it?? The fork immediately deflats from the little valve? Anyone know what I should do, or how this can be fixed?

remove the valve core and make sure that it's clean, or replace it.  Easy fix.

So I can just remove the valve piece from the fork?

Yup, just use a valve core tool - you can get one from a car spares place, or there's one on a bottle of slime. Check that the core is clean and the seal's still intact, or just replace it.
