My dog ate my insole. No, really, he did.

It's for an adidas shoe. Got the pair some years back when Dragon used to bring them in. Anyone know where I can source something like this?

Running or cycling?

Generally, well at least here in the Cape, it is easy to find insoles.

Spesialized has some..well spesialized insoles with adjustable arches (3 different versions) which should fit most cycling shoes. If you go to a good concept store they should be able to help you out. They might be on the expensive side.

For running shoes, most decent places have insoles (I prefer Ortholites).

I recently got myself a set of Ortholite cycling insoles. About R200.

you can consider changing them with gel insoles which you can buy at any pharmacy and just trim with a pair of scissors  Green Cross is one manufaturer

Where did you get yours from?

Sorry, it was cycling. Came across a Hi-Tec pair while browsing in Trappers yesterday. They needed a wee snip, but after about 40 kays today seemed comfy enough. R75.
