Spesialized has some..well spesialized insoles with adjustable arches (3 different versions) which should fit most cycling shoes. If you go to a good concept store they should be able to help you out. They might be on the expensive side. For running shoes, most decent places have insoles (I prefer Ortholites). I recently got myself a set of Ortholite cycling insoles. About R200.

Tumbleweed Posted March 10, 2015 Author Posted March 10, 2015 Sorry, it was cycling. Came across a Hi-Tec pair while browsing in Trappers yesterday. They needed a wee snip, but after about 40 kays today seemed comfy enough. R75.
