MTB etiquette on trails

If I go venturing on a red trail, I'm more mindful of traffic. I also think if you're on the green route, expect noob traffic and deal with it like a decent person.

On Sunday came across a lady on one of the ST sections at modders, I was doing laps of that section, trying to ride it better/faster, and it's windey nature means you can't see if someone has stopped. She got a bit of a fright but I said to her don't worry carry on by she decided to stop. A while later I heard someone do a hard brake so I think she encountered more traffic. But there's no screaming track and all of those nasties.

Yah for friendly MTBers
