id start by taking the wheel off, take the pads out the caliper check the that the pistons are flush with the caliper. Check the pads give them a little wipe down with a clean rag maybe slight smoothing with some sandpaper. Put the brakes back. Loosen the bolts that connect the caliper to the frame, spin the wheel, while wheel spinning pulling the brake level ( I use my foot when work on the rear brakes) with the wheel stopped keep pressure on the brakes and tighten bolts so it's takes slight tension against the frame. Release the brakes, give it another spin and listen if silent then success, if not look to see which side the rotor is touching give the caliper a tap in the opposite direction, spin brake listen tighten tap repeat until you can get it silent. If the rotor is bent silence will be impossible but will have a small rub sound every rotation, using plies or a cloth (don't use your hands on the rotor, there is natural oil on hands) bend the affected section till sounds is gone.
