SPOTTED: specialized tarmac black and white

Saw a spez tarmac today , mostly black with some white. Had what looked like an FSA sticker on the right side of top tube by the tarmac decal placement. Looked like it's being used to commute. Riders clothes barely in one peace. If it is a missing bike contact me. Seen in Honeydew. Paul Kruger road today 16 April

Had a good look at this bike today. Bike has had a large portion of frame wrapped in tape, and seems like full ultegra. Shifter also wrapped in tape, but the shape makes them look like ultegra for sure.
