Women’s Commission Reveals Cycling Jerseys at Freedom Day Challenge

This past weekend the Cycling South Africa – Women’s Commission revealed the designs for their cycling jerseys. Two additional teams were entered into the Autumn Series races through an initiative spearheaded by the Women’s Commission and supported by Cycling South Africa. Each of the teams raced in a different jersey design this past Monday at the Freedom Day Challenge.

Hope this is the start of some great things for the ladies.

Hope so too, especially if will get more teams involved.  Have a friend who races elites but is not on a team yet and often complains it it hard as an individual to compete with the tactics of the teams... if this leads to better development and more teams then will be better for the ladies cycling!
