Access to Hazeldean train line....locked gate

Any know of an alternative way of reaching the train line from Hazeldean....or getting back to Hazeldean from the train line.

 

Having recently put a fence across the original access path the gate was fortunately left open, however on my last ride I found the gate padlocked and had no option but to climb over the 2m high fence (barb wire and all) as I didn't know another way home.

 

Crazy that someone would elect to lock the gate when the other side of the property has absolutely no border and is completely open to the railway line access road....bear in mind the fence and gate probably cost more than the property is worth.
