Elvis Posted May 29, 2015 Share Ok so I'm thinking of organizing a two week cycling tour through France. Cost will be roughly R25 000 all inclusive. Thinking of doing the South of France. Doing between 80km.-150km per day. This is a feeler to see if there are any interest in something like this. We will be staying in Hostels along the way with a vehicle as backup and support. what do you think of my idea. The idea is that it will be easy but not for inexperienced cyclists. thinking of taking about 15 -20 people.

Paul Ruinaard Posted May 29, 2015 Share Did this when I went with Cyclelab to the 2004 TdF for a week. Man it was great. Those mountains are big and steep and it is hot up them. WE had a number of experienced guys crash as well when they hit the gravel on the inside of the corners. An amazing trip but not for the inexperienced.
