2nd hand bike - Witbank (someone to view and info on shipping)

I've been looking for a while for a bike for a good friend of mine with a fairly limited budget.

 

I found this bike and am happy with what I've heard from the owner that I want to buy it:

From talking to the seller I find him trustworthy and will likely buy the bike unseen.

However, if there's any experienced hubbers around Witbank that could maybe go and have a look for me that would be great?

 

Also, being from Cape Town - how do I get the bike here and how much would it cost to ship?

Will cost roughly R600 if you keep dimensions to 180 x 30 x 80 which is the normal size of a bike box
