Shoulder Pain

Recommended Posts

Please help has anybody experienced something similar and what is the solution.

After the Bundu Bash I started with a numb pain in my left shoulder. This later moved down to the back of my arm  and front of my forearm, like a tennis elbow. Saw an Orthopaedic Surgeon last week and he said it looks like the start of a Frozen Shoulder, although I have full mobility of my arm and shoulder. He prescribed some anti inflammatory medication and Physio. After two weeks absolutely no improvement and the pain remains. The pain is worse when I sit in front of the computer and even worse when I try to go for a ride.

Anybody experienced something similar.

Thanks V12 - Did just that and will have a astroscopy (spelling) on Friday morning. Pain is due to some calcification on the bone structure in the shoulder that caused a small tear in the muscle and continuous inflammation and pressure.

Will be done by Dr Manie de Wilde at Wilgeheuwel. was really impressed with his way of identifying the problem and to eliminate all possible issues. A total different experience from the first guy I visited.
