Dazshell Posted June 24, 2015 Posted June 24, 2015 If it is a specific muscle group pr area you need to work on, like quads, glutes, ITB, etc., rather go to a registered physiotherapist. That way you can claim from your med aid if you have the savings or appropriate cover. Cost will be much of a muchness anyway.
