I had the same issue on my wife's wheels, the duct tape reacted with the sealant in lifted of the rim, I suggest you replace the duct tape

this. Saw the same on duct tape. Made air pockets too. Changed it out with Gorilla tape and problem was solved.

Some tyre / rim combinations for better than others.

I have had tyres that stay inflated for months with no sealant and some that flat overnight.

What tyres and rims are you using and what brand of sealant?

Awesome.

Seated WTB tyres on Stans Rims a few weeks ago. Used a track pump - easy.

They have remained well inflated until today.

Sometimes just plain riding is the answer to spread the sealant around and squish those leaks. You may also want to top up your sealant level a little through the valve as not to mess with your hard earned seal.
