With the upcoming rugby World Cup, as well as the football, tennis and a plethora of other events happening at the moment, it's safe to say people have been sportsing as hard as ever at the moment.

We almost got swept up in the whole thing and nearly agreed to a social run the other day before realising we'd better leave it to the professionals.

It's just that we're not entirely convinced by the "no pain, no gain" mantra but if we were (and that's a big if), we'd sure as eggs want a way to track our progress.
