Can I ask if anybody will be willing to pickup a parcel at a bike shop and post it to me via postnet?

The shop only uses couriers that ask R160 and takes 4-5 days and that doesn't seem right.

Luckily for me my friend volunteered his 2nd bike for me use so no need to buy a 2nd bike.
