I can't really comment on the new Command Post, but I'm not a fan of the old one, and there are certainly better ways of burning R 6k.

 

For cable actuated alternatives try the KS Lev Integra as Mayhem suggested, or the Giant Contact which can be either internally or externally routed - although it only has 100mm of drop.

For now, 100mm. Next year's has up to 150mm. That may be my replacement for the Reverb I have at the moment, as I've discovered I need more than the 125mm drop it offers...

am loooking to buy a rockshox reverb stealth (internal routing) dropper seat post for a 2016 specialized camber comp 29er ali frame off chain reactions

 

need some advice!

you have to choose the specs of the dropper post and i dont know what to choose:

 

here are the specs for the camber:

seatpost diameter: 30.9mm

seatbinder: 34.9mm

seatpost length: 430mm

seat tube length: 468mm

 

so my question is, should i order the reverb according to the exact specs of seatpost diameter and seatpost length?

2nd question: will the reverb stealth be compatible with a camber?

there is an extra hole for a cable to feed out of near the headset but will this hole be big enough for the dropper post cable?

 

any help would be greatly appreciated
