Starts at 0600. Between 50-75km. Average between 18-20km/h.
mrhilux Posted December 8, 2015 Posted December 8, 2015 I am also looking for training partner but for Road. Live in Van RiebeeckPark. I try do 100km on Sunday mornings, rest of the week is indoor trainers and running.
