just make yourself a few copies - it's not difficult. Keep one in your car and one under your saddle to arm yourself against the CSA bureaucrats...

Ours are also the credit card style ones but even though I provided a pic, mine came back sans.......so I could give it to anyone and they could race with anytime.

 

CSA would probably be better off sending all licenses to the club Secretary like here. One person only in charge / to blame  and probably work out cheaper...
