Rapunzel Posted November 3, 2015 Posted November 3, 2015 There are many bike shops out there that offer outstanding service but I do definitely take notice with an agent bends over backwards to leave a customer happy.My SID shock which has worked (very) hard was losing negative pressure and with W2W around the corner, didn't want to risk taking her anywhere as spares availability on the older dual air could be a problem. Thanks to Enzo, Devon and Julian at Cape Cycle Systems for sorting the shock out super quick and professionally. Kudos guys :-)
