Yes, you get 24" bikes. Have a look though as Titan (and some other manufacturers) have a bike called something like a 24/29, where they used 29" geometry on a 24" bike and it uses 26" wheels - if that makes sense! It does, however, expand tire choice and you can convert to tubeless.
