Eugene Posted December 13, 2015 Posted December 13, 2015 At that age, they are both ready for adult sizes (unless they are unusually short). You would need to consider their relative heights and inseam measurements as with any other adult looking to buy a bike. If I consider my 13 year old daughter, who is pretty average in height, she rides an XS 26inch. She is at that point of going up to a Small.
