SuperStokedCycles Posted December 20, 2015 Author Posted December 20, 2015 @ Skylark...with regards to the servicing of the Fork/suspension, yes it will be included in the "Stoked Service Pack" ...but any parts will be for the cost of the customer. (Dust seals etc) So basically, your labour is on the shop. On an MTB, obviously you'll use more parts, but at least you have peace of mind in that the labour is covered. On a road bike, there will be a huge benefit to no charge servicing as part's are not replaced as frequently as on an MTB. It is hard to compete with online sales and bigger shops with a wider range, but we felt that in this current economic market, we need to add as much value as possible for you guys. Lets face it, cycling equipment is expensive and a bike like an F8 can cost more than a new Hyundai (which includes a service plan) We're just trying to add value for you guys, where possible!
