I have a Rapid Rizer handle bar,if the Contol Stick seatpost is of similar quality you will have no problems.

Alternatively there are other cheap options,I have owned both Giant and Ryder seatpost that performed flawlesly and cost less than R300.

On my XTC I currently have a PRO components KORYAK seatpost that is stil doing well.I am also roundabout 90kg.

I have the bar and Control Tower, only used it for two rides so far but the quality is crazy for the price you pay.

I cant tell about strength though, my frame fits correctly and I ride a dual sus.
