Mabalingwe / Rooiberg MTB Trails

Hi All,

 

Does anyone know of any decent MTB trails near Mabalingwe or Rooiberg? I did the Ashburton Marathon at Rooiberg earlier this year, however I am not sure if any of the trails used can be ridden on a casual basis?

 

If anyone has any information for me, or any other suggestions for rides in this area please let me know?
