I got myself a second hand V800 and delete the previous owners trainings sessions, but the "weekly summary" still shows the training data in summary (per week)

I did the factory setting on the polar and got my detail in it, sync it may times, but still the summary data stays

How do I delete the summary data from the diary and flow?

SEE the attached picture

Hey popeye

What do u mean by summary data?

The triangle in your red circle is an indication that your daily activity is below target i.e. for the 4th its only 14% of your daily target

I bought it on the 4th of Jan from someone and he had 6 training sessions on it (He got it as a x'box but don't want it)

I did the factory setting thingy and got all his sessions erase.

I did a google search and it seems that the "activity" tracking is a build in function and automatically track your activity during the day (as long as the watch move)

That means that if you wear it on your wrist and just walk around or move it "reads" your activity into "steps" and from that movement work out the calories burn etc.

I guess its just to bother me enough to start riding my bike again, or running more to make sure I don't need to change my t-shirts to a bigger size

Yep, if you don't wear it at all and don't train you will get those warnings on the watch and on your flow dairy

If you only use it train and reach your daily target then the warnings disappear.

I only wear mine during training, but once i wore it non stop for 2 weeks just to monitor my sleep and daily activity... sitting at a desk all day it would remind me to start moving quite regular...a good thing....

Your daily target can be adjusted according to your lifestyle, not a huge range of options but you do have some control.

Yes, I notice that ou get stats on your "activity calendar" and your real training on your "training calendar"

Maybe Polar should have a option to give you the option to show the activity calendar or not,

lekker weekend

regards
