I have a pair of M5 shoes bought in Sept and the Boa mechanism has broken. The Fizik global website referred me to Boa directly. Boa are now giving me the run around. Long story made short I have a some 5 month old shoes that I paid almost R4k for and I cant use them. not impressed! Jeremy

I have 2 pairs (S-WORKS and Louis Garneu) with them on and are just about to get the new fizik R3B UOMO which also has BOA. I'v never had issue and that why I prefer shoes with it on.
