Great Service Nsquared - Fizik

Had some great service from Nsquared last week. They are the local agents for Fizik, Vittoria and some other brands.

Long story made short:

Bought some M5 Fizik shoes in Sept 2015. The Boa mech broke in December.

I got hold of the Fizik website to start the warranty process. This was then passed on to Boa.

Boa immediately agreed to send me the replacement parts.

This is where it went wrong. Parts were sent but never arrived. Boa was trying to send via the post rather than by courier. After getting the run around from Boa and effectively being told they werent going to do anything else I asked on the Hub for the local agents details.

On Thursday last week I sent Nsquared the details and the correspondence with Boa.

5 mins later I got a call from Desray and she immediately arranged a warranty replacement of the shoes at a bike shop close to me.

Sat morn picked up my new shoes.

What a pleasure!
