Jimmy B Posted January 30, 2016 Posted January 30, 2016 Specialized Epic Comp 29er in Red. I am looking to buy the following bike second hand and wondering what a fair value for the bike would be. It is a 2014 Large with std components and I am led to believe ridden for about 1,000km. The bike is in very good condition and had all services except front and back shocks. chain probably needs to be relaced in the next 6 months.

Skylark Posted January 30, 2016 Posted January 30, 2016 Suspension not serviced is a bit of a no-no, if you decide to take the bike tell the seller you'll take it if he first has the suspension serviced, he can add the basic cost to the selling price. That will remove any chances of nasty surprises, Spez suspension is one of the most pricey to repair, having it serviced before taking it will be valuable piece of mind.
