Silver oxide batteries for a Powertap

I have a powertap sl+ which makes use of those small fat batteries. I can find the alkaline equivalent quite easily, but I have no clue where to find the 302/257 silver oxide ones. Watch shops was my initial guess, but that was a dead end search.

Any hints?
