Merida's Warrantee in SA

Good day would just like to know how long Merida's warrantee is in Sa. Choice between specialised and Merida which is the better buy, Camber Comp to Merida 96 800? Thanks

Not to fault Merida , but the camber comp is amazing and service from spez is top notch

That's the thing we are very fortunate to have a Specialized store about 5 Km's. Have been there and service there is very good. Merida according to me is just better spec'd.

Specialized's are made by Merida, so build quality is likely to be pretty similar... Spez do though have pretty impressive R&D and patents. Value for money though, it's hard for anyone to compete with Merida and the local backup in my experience is absolute top notch

Just want to know if I pay a large sum of money and something goes wrong someone will back me. Warrantee is only on frame rest of components let say Shimano covered by Shimano for year?

Thats how most of them operate, although, if I'm not mistaken Shimano only warrantys for 6 months
