Yeah.. I forgot about the live streaming. .

 

Great that women's tour is finally getting the coverage they deserve

Unless your Italian was any good, you didn't miss anything in the live stream, as I said it was just random people chatting at the finish, looked like one of the guests hadn't been home since the Le Dolce Vita party. Occasionally riders names would come up, and they did get quite excited when Yo!anda made her break.

As will this former team mate of hers.

 

Easily the biggest year yet in Women's cycling and Liz's form has been incredible. No Rainbow Jersey curse for her it seems. The Olympic road race will be the highlight and it'd be fair to say that it's an fairly open race with great depth ito ladies who could potentially win. I am sure Vos will be super keen to defend her 2012 gold and have a repeat performance. The real question is whether she'll have the form to do so or not.

Yes mademoiselle Pauline has been laid low with an injury recently but no doubt she will be on form to contend both events at the Olympics. Will Vos will be there?  being out of competition for so long, I wonder if she will be a contender. Whatever ... she is a legend and has achieved so much.  its going to be a great year for Women's Road & MTB, our Danish Epic winner will be there  up front as well UCI & Olypmics MTB wise  no doubt, last year she achieved a lot both marathon and XC.

 

Women's cycling is a tad different to the men's, less testosterone and ego for starters, but the competition is just as fierce, and perhaps less farcical at times (ie MSR) .
