BE AN OUTSIDER WITH DUESOUTH & LED LENSER ON SATURDAY THE 4TH OF JUNE 2016

 

The DUESOUTH Night One pits you against the dark on dome of Gauteng's best trails on Saturday the 4th of June 2016. The event is open to all levels of athletes and is family and children friendly.

The evening is packed with excitement and adventure well beyond the race for you to enjoy a great night out on the trails and around camp fires.

 

Warm food and beverages are available form the kiosk or a welcome and refreshing craft brew will also be available from the Copperlake Brewery on the night.

 

There are ample prizes up for grabs during and after the event to athletes and supporters.

 

FOR YOUR SAFETY ON THE TRAIL WE CAP THIS EVENT VERY STRICTLY, ATHLETES ARE REQUIRED TO MAKE SURE THAT THEIR LIGHTING IS SUFFICIENT TO FIND THEIR WAY ON THE TRAILS. WE RECOMMEND A MINIMUM OF 60 LUMEN STRENGTH ON ALL RUNNING LIGHTS TO LIGHT UP TRAILS.

 

30km NIGHT ADDER MTB

 

Set off into the sunset on snaking single tracks and sweeping corners along some of the best trail that Gauteng has to offer. It's just you and what your light touches out there.

20km JACKAL TRACK MTB

 

Why should racing snakes have all the fun? This 20km is a sprint through the leafy forests and river crossings of Northern Farm along with one or 2 tricky climbs just to put fire in those legs. An exhilarating MTB experience.
