Where to buy grommets for giant frame

Hey guys, I have a 2014 trance and I'm looking for the grommet for where the cables go into the down tube.

 

Currently has the grommet for a single cable - and I'm looking to install a stealth dropper, so I need the grommet that takes two cables.

 

Called my LBS that is a giant dealer and they said they don't have.

 

Don't really want to hack the existing rubber grommet - any ideas?

Try the concept stores.

 

Locally neither could help, but I got them for literally nothing from the Giant concept store in London.   I went the other way around.... 2 to 1 when I dropped my front deraileur to go 1x11.  I may have it somewhere if you dont come right.
