    I'm pretty sure he is going to be riding his bike to the hills and would like to maintain a steady pace at that, to get there... Removing the eTap battery from the FD will having him spinning quite slowly to any nearby hill.... It is a functional roadie...

    I think your math is a bit skewed, it does not take into account, body repair and excess offload... So even if you consume more than you burn off during exercise, the excess will be used to repair and the over extra will be removed as a waste product... If you are active and healthy, then your body will only retain what it needs and rid of the excess irrespective...

    I have had quick response from Gareth Lee for the issue I had with my road frame... Maybe it's because of travel that you not getting a response?

    Yassis, that was one helluva technical read... I know you talking about a rear shock and compressions and what not... But the rest was just mind boggling to try to understand... Just shows what I know about rear shocks and adjustments etc... Thanks for this, will be following this thread...

    I think you'll only fall over from a bee sting, not holding a snake... Thank god you made it to tell your story and share the need for anti-any insect/animal vaccinations/medication... But jokes aside, that is one moerse blerry poisonous snake...and to be that up close and personal with it takes a nice set of steel balls...

    Eina, brilliantly written... Stans is a bit of a Mothertrucker to get off anywhere, I still have staining on my workshop floor from dripped stans... Also the cloth I used to wipe the rim down with also now only gets used when I replace stans... Glad you lived to tell the tale..

    I'm amazed at some people out there... Some may deserve the recognition by putting in the effort whiles some go around being unnoticed for their diligent hard work, then you get some that would do everything in their power to get noticed even if it means obtaining recognition, illegally or by cheating or by some way of assistance without levelling the playing field... I guess it does take all sorts to make this world go round? Sometimes, you must just let an A**hole be, because the 100th time they always get caught/learn...
