Now that i dont have to sleep and recover the rest of the day after a 100 km ride ...i have decided to unlock my workshop and dust off the machine ...i saw this thread and decided it is time to make some decent looking bike racks for my office...scratched around and found some scraps...

The first bracket worked for perfect for a road bike...but fail for the mtb...in fact it turned into a half day task trying to figure how to make supports for the other bikes...i am still not happy with the result...so it is back to the drawing board...the temp ones will work for now...while i come up with a more practical smarter looking solution.

It took a bit of experimenting...

if the brackets are too narrow...the wheel rolls off.

I found a use for those R100 for 4 tube specials...support to hold the mtb [emoji12]

Drilled a hole right through the wall to secure the eye bolt for the lock.

and just in case...they get past the perimeter fence...cctv...dogs...alarm and owner...or in the case of a house invasion which are becoming as common as hijacking...stall for time [emoji35]
