Hubbers anybody that can assist me, or point me in the right direction?

I'm looking for a bottom headset assembly/cup for a tapered headtube for a tapered fork steerer.  The cup is semi-integrated (the cup press into the headtube, and house the bottom bearing).  The internal size of the bottom part of the tapered headtube is 52mm.

All the headsets that I can source have an bottom cup that fit a tapered headtube of 56mm.  I cant press a 56mm cup into a 52mm headtube.

Willing to buy a complete headset or just the bottom cup/bearing/crown race assembly.

Your assistance would be appreciated.

That's an IS52, not semi-integrated. You'll just need a bearing and a crown race.

What makes you think it's a semi-integrated? Was there a cup in there before?

Hi Droo,

The bike is a 2016 Titan 650B Cruz.  The bike came with a straight steerer fork (Suntour coil).  There was a cup in the headtube (lower) that reduced the 52mm inside diameter of the headtube to accommodate the straight steerer.

I need a cup to press into the headtube (lower end) to accomodate the bearings.  It's not an integrated system.  Attached is a pic of the headtube.

The OD of the bearing that fits into that cup is 52mm, not sure how you're going to fit a ZS cup in there. See if you can find an EC52 - although this isn't listed on the SHIS, which is the standard headset identification system.

The only 52mm size listed is IS52, so if your LBS has a headset reamer see if they can ream the head tube to fit a bearing.
