Good Service - IHF PRoducts

Just to let you hubbers knwo that I received good service from IHF PRoducts in Midrand.  They are the Polar agents for SA and other products too.....

 

I sent in my CS200 to get the rear cover replaced cos the clips were broke....that was on Tuesday last week, before the public hols...they promised to ahve it ready by Wednesday this week.....

 

yesterday Travis called me and informed me that it had been fixed and I could collect..... what a bargain:  R108 to replace the rear cover and they replaced the battery for me and resealed the unit....so it is still water tight....

Ihf always provides some of the best service in the country. There is never any problems when sending items in for rapacement,service or anything else. as a result I willalways use polar products.

I am already omn my fifth heart Rate moniter due to upgrades, theft accidents etc and not due to breakages due to bad product etc.

great to see some positive threading going on here too.... sometimes we also just get bogged down with moaning,  I am guilty as charged, but today I woke up and thought wtf, lemme be a good dude for once .....
