My V800 just stopped charging and I was unable to sync. Went to Polar in Midrand to have a look at it. They tried to soft reset, hard reset. Nothing worked and I started to hear the $ in my head. The watch is almost two years old and probably out of warranty. To add to it, the strap was broken and I expected to pay for a new one. Waiting to hear excuses and blaming me for doing something wrong. Without any issues it was replaced with a brand new one. Thanks Ryan (??) and Polar Midrand. My 1st watch was a Polar HRM before I upgraded to the V800. With such service, the next one will also be a Polar.
