Wheel choice with 7.5K to blow

Need to get decent wheels for my  2nd road bike (has rs10p shimano on currently), my current one has Fulcrum Zero (2wayfit )on:

2nd bike will be used as much as first but also an upcoming Olympic Try & Ironman

I dont call them "race" and "training" bike - i have 2 -  - depends on my mood which one i push - one needing wheels is 10sp the other 11sp

 

i have found around the 7.5k mark:

 

Fulcrum 3 - (i have fulcrum - trust it, etc like zonda - cant find zonda anywhere)

AM 420 Aero 3 - aero advantage for the triathlons

Cosmic elite - was told but at 1825g eish

 

any thing else i should be looking at?
