Best Hard tail Mountain Bike Under R20k

I'm looking at buying a new hard tail mountain bike. My budget is R20k

 

What do you think is the best bike at the moment for under R20k? I know this question is subject to people's opinions but that is what I am looking for :-)

For me its the Cannondale Flash Carbon. Bought one here on the hub for R18k. I had other carbon hardtails before but the Flash just works for me.
