Hardtail Saddle "staysoft"

I remember last year someone showed me a little device (part) that you place underneath your saddle between the saddle and seatpost that will make your hardtail feel a little like a dualie.

 

Anyone know what this is called and perhaps where it can be bought?

Certainly looks like a cool gadget, but not the one I was referring too.
