Please help a budding cyclist

I ride a 55cm and I'm 1.83. So yeah, probably too big for you.

 

It wouldnt hurt to see a biokineticist as well, you could have weak glutes or pelvic tilt or some other weakness in the posterior/anterior chain - causing your back to do more work than it should.

Depending on frame geometry you should be 56 or 58. Very interested to know what frame you riding?

What ive learnt from Cycle Fit, great people but thats about it. Nothing they did after two visits helped my problem. After lots of internet reading and youtube videos I sorted myself out and gained some great knowledge in thr process.

 

Bike is clearly to big for you bud... time to spend more money on the cycling pit!

i have had all the bike fits and all, from time to time my back starts too pain then i no its time for the chiropractor. bus your bike is to big for you.
