It wouldnt hurt to see a biokineticist as well, you could have weak glutes or pelvic tilt or some other weakness in the posterior/anterior chain - causing your back to do more work than it should.Depending on frame geometry you should be 56 or 58. After lots of internet reading and youtube videos I sorted myself out and gained some great knowledge in thr process.
