Converting TT set up to Road set up

Hi All,

 

I currently have a Kestrel Talon. Its a hybrid frame that is suitable for TT races as well as road races.

 

At the moment it has a full TT set up and i would like to convert to a road set up.

 

Has anyone done this conversion before?

 

I would like some advice as to what is needed and the costs involved.

I converted my Scott Plasma 1 to a road bike.

Road handlebar, was around R350.00 and 105 STI`s was around R1 250.00,done it 4 years ago.

I did not even move my saddle.
