I broke mine in a meeting with the ground last week, and just found out from LBS that  distributer in JHB  does not bring SLX Parts into RSA any longer.

 

So instead of SLX I have to get XT for just under double the price.

 

Is there only one distributor in RSA - I am so desperate to ride again that I am going to just get the part - but just interested why this would be.

 

I know you can get via online ex UK but SA Post Office is just too slow

Sounds like BS!!!  But there must be hundreds of front derailleurs in the classifieds.

Only one in classifieds same but guy on leave until January . Mine is direct mount bottom pull.
