I got one of these soon after they were launched (shame they have been discontinued). Just over 1000lumens when the light is too low. From their current line-up, I think the Core light should be sufficient on the road.

When it is light enough I use a little Knog Blinder just to attract attention to my presence.

Front lights, at least, anything up to 10,000 Lumens. So bright, you can see your future.
